The IC.D. Conductivity control package for cooling tower bleed control comprises:- 1 x Instrument in clear fronted plactic enclosure. 1 x Plastic bracket and fixing kit for wall mounting. 1 x 1'BSP flowcell electrode assembly in uPVC. Optional 3/4' BSP 2x Plug and socket connectors for electrode and optional flow switch. 2 Metres of mains / power cable 2 Metres of output cable to solenoid bleed valve.

Optional Extras A. Dip type electrodes. 0.5 or 1 mtre long for direct insertion into cooling tower pond, supplied complete with 2 metres of cable and fixing clips B. Flow Switch For inclusion into sample flow line with electrode. Connects directly into instrument via plug and socket connector, and suspends instrument activity if sample flow fails. C. Bleed (solenoid ) valves Direct acting type for pressures from 0 -10 bar. D. 110 Volt versions instrument and solenoid valve

Cooling Tower Dosing Control System   A system that provides all basic water treatment dosing and control functions required for package cooling towers System incorporates inhibitor and dual biocode dosing pumps with display type conductivity bleed valve control. Pre-Assembled unit, factory wired and tested for ease of installation Optional 230 and 110 Volt versions available. Complementary package includes :- (Model 6300BR/T) for Bromine contol & (Model 6300pHD) for pH correction. Available in matching enclosures

 

Cooling tower bromine dosing control system (type 6300D) Technical Specifications Wall mounted enclosure, in grey highly impact restistant ABS material, weith hidged inner aluminium facia and outer transparent door. The enclosure is supplied complete with a fitting kit to surface mount it to any dry indoor vertical wall or other support. Mounted in the enclosure is:- Conductivity controller, INCD2, Facia mounted beneath the window door. Sealed for this application 10-20,000 microsiemens per Cm2. The controller has 2x multi-turn potentiometer setpoints, each with a relay output for bleed valve contol / alarm.

The following LED lamps are fitted as standard. Power "ON" indicaion with facia mounted on/off switch Green LED High conductivity set point Red LED Low conductivity set point Red LED A standard dip type or flow cell conductivity electrode is supplied with each system (please specify at time of order ) Inhibitor dosing pump, type PS6 flow proportional peristalic pump rated 3 L/Hr to 1 Bar is fitted in to the front door panel . Pump has an intergral manually adjustable 2 range run timer scaled 0-30 seconds / 30 seconds-3 minutes which is initiated from a Volt free contact, in this case an impulse water meter. 2x Biocide dosing pumps,type PS11 timer controlled peristaltic pumps each rated 3L/Hr to 1 bar Max. are fitted one onto each sie of the conrol panel. Pumps have an intergral 2 function, 7 day, 4 week microprossor timer controller which is accessed and adjusted via a hand held programmer / parameter key board unit which plug into facia plate and which is removed after programming to prevent interference. Genral Notes 1. All pumps have clear plastic hindged front windows, with wire tage facility for sealing after programming and are supplied complete with footvalve strainers, suction hose, 2 metres of delivery hohe and an injection fitting / bulkhead connector. 2.Each panel is supplid complete with a fixing kit for wall mounting which eliminates the need to enter, or drill the box when fixing. 3.All electrical connections are made via a numbered terminal strip and a connection diagram is included inthe operating instructions. 4. A water meter with slow pulse transmitter (typically 1 pulse per 100 Litres), and a solenoid valve is required to complete each package. These are quoted as extra items according to size required. 5. The parameter programming unit is normally quoted as an extra item, as only 1 is required.
